An experience-driven approach to coworking.

Challenge

With three successful coworking locations already established in Vancouver, Pavilion’s expansion into Calgary presented an opportunity to introduce a distinguished new offering uniquely tailored to our city. The space needed to both maintain the brand’s cohesive identity while responding thoughtfully to Calgary’s evolving business landscape.

Strategy

Guided by the concept ‘An extension of our city’, the design draws inspiration from Calgary’s continually diversifying urban fabric. The space was envisioned as a refined reflection of the city itself: sophisticated yet approachable, dynamic yet calm, a bustling cityscape nestled amidst a stunning natural environment. The result is a highly curated workplace that supports flexibility, productivity, and meaningful human connection, while elevating the everyday work experience.

Delivery

The result is a workspace distinctly rooted in Calgary, setting a new benchmark for coworking in the city. From the moment visitors step off the elevator, they are immersed in an atmosphere of care and luxury. Interesting textures, soft hues, layered artistic lighting, and integrated greenery create a warm, boutique feel. A restrained material palette and meticulous detailing establish a sense of visual calm, making it a place in which one wants to work. Flexible, and intentionally crafted, the design is refined to foster business performance.
