Previously used as a storage garage and woodwork shop, this 10,000 square foot building addition to a 10th Avenue SE warehouse purchased by Bighorn Capital and Upside Engineering included a full interior upgrade for use as an engineering office. Further enhancements were the addition of an elevator shaft and a rooftop patio for staff use. The entire parking lot was upgraded to meet current City parking standards.
Acting as Prime Consultant, Shearer Design coordinated all Design, Engineering and Civil disciplines, including procurement of Architectural services as required by code. Shearer Design chose the exterior finishing materials for a vintage appeal in keeping with the neighbourhood. |
